Avoid contact with water. If your hat gets dirty or wet, wipe it with a soft, non-rubbing cloth and let it dry immediately. It is recommended not to overload the hat so that it keeps its original shape. Keep it in a dry place.
Can hats get wet?
No, our hats are made of natural palm and cannot get wet because they can deform.
How long does I take for a hat to be customize?
Embroidered hats take approximately 14 labor days.
How long is the shipping time?
Between 10 - 14 labor days.

Normally customs or import fees are charged once the order reaches its destinations country.

In the event that any item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please kindly contact us at matatenaventascabo@gmail.com within 10 days of the date you received it.
